Blue Ribbon Soundworks & Microsoft Music Machines Your Complete Resource for MS Music Producer, Melody Maestro, and SuperJAM!

.Latest Update: June 7, 2005

Yes, Virginia, there is still somebody watching musicmachines.net.

I thank you for visiting, and I apologize profusely for not updating this site in three frickin' years. Even this is just a quick update on the status of me and the site. The short version is, my previous job was eating my time and my health and my life. Among other things, I hadn't come out with an album in five and a half years, I gained a lot of weight, and, even though I was miserable, I didn't realize how really miserable I felt.

And then I got laid off.

And I reclaimed my life. I'm now making it (just, but I am making it) as a musician. I've come out with three albums in the past year, with one more almost done and more in the queue after that. And I'm happy -- happier than I can ever remember being. (If I can just lose the weight, the universe will be glorious. ;-)

Along the way, I have also learned a buttload more about SuperJam, Band in a Box, and Sony/Sonic Foundry's Acid Music. and I'm going to try to get a bunch of updates here over the summer. There's also the most recent version of DirectMusic Producer, which I'm just starting to crack, and is closer than ever to what we were hoping it would be.

This site will be getting a lot of new and really cool info very soon, and I thank you for your interest and your patience. And man oh man does it feel good to be back.
